2008   Public site-specific video installation
8 1/2 x 5 1/2 ft. per window

Using two HD cameras I went into the film studio to record my eyes in extreme close-up as they twitched, blinked, and displayed extreme agitation. I then rear projected this footage (playing out of sync) onto the street front windows of the abandoned Free Mason’s Hall in downtown Halifax.

This dual projection first exhibited as a guerilla work in the summer of 2008 and utilized two street front windows in the Mason’s Hall.  In the fall of 2008 this work was chosen as the anchor project for Halifax’s first ever Nocturne Festival (based on Nuit Blanche) and utilized all four of the Hall’s massive front windows for the event.
